Talk talk you view re install message

I have received a message from Talk Talk to re instal my you view box to get on demand programmes etc. Is this something that anyone else has had to do? I've had this connected for at least a year and although I never buy films etc I do watch tv programmes that I missed previously. The video that is shown on the email looks like this is what I had to do the first time the box is was set up. Anyone had to do a re install lately please and can tell me why this is required now?

Ok, I've answered my own question. Went onto you view and did the upgrade that appeared n the screen. Waited a fair while for it to do this. Screen went back to normal tv and bobs your uncle free catch up still works fine.

If anyone knows how to move this post to the tv thread then please do it, I thought techie people were my saviours but it seems I'm cleverer than I thought!!!
