I wish the bloody government would help working people out to further their education its just not fair!
They do, my first two Open University courses were paid for with a financial award from the government, because I was living alone and earning less than a certain amount I was eligible for the award. Sadly I got a pay rise just before enrolling on my 3rd course and it took me above the minimum threshold...

There's loads of grants to help working people pay for further education, ring up your local council, they've usually got information on where to go for funding.

Hello Moozie, I think you were away when I joined the forum but I've been doing the weekly challenge and daily spend check for a few months and finding it practically essential for keeping me on budget.. so thank you and welcome back!

Today I've spent.. too much! £3.46 on stamps and stuff for lunch, another fiver on my phone (how on earth have I spent £5 credit since Monday?), 90p on a bus and probably same again on bus home.. may be out later as well.. aaaaargh...

Yay :T Moozie, you're back! Good to 'see' you!
I bought three Christmas presents today from ebay, (small jewellery items) and I'm watching one more which ends shortly. I expect to spend a total of around £20, including postage, for all four items.
