Is anyone having any problem signing to Virgin Money Credit Card website, or is it only me?
When I enter my user name it comes up with;
Sorry, we are unable to sign you into your account right now. Please contact us on 0800 011 3210. We are here from 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Last time I rang on a Saturday it took me 35 minutes to get through from being on hold - they were busy apparently. Not like I had much to do;) So don't want to ring and go through that again!

Not that I am aware of, it was fine yesterday when I carried out a MT, which all went through fine.0

Just rung up and they had blocked the account after I requested the MT yesterday. This is despite me having received an email to say everything was fine and the MT had gone ahead! He said they just needed to get some additional security answers from me, which I provided and he said he has authorised the MT now and it will be with me in a couple of days.
So if I hadn't tried to login today I wouldn't have known until the MT hadn't gone into my bank. If they wanted extra security why don't they ring you at the time? Also why send an email saying it was all done and dusted when in fact it wasn't!
A bit annoying really when the MT was to pay for a car I am collecting next week! It is just as well I had a back up plan if the cash didn't arrive in time.
Anyway hope that is all sorted now!0
