Don't be fooled by their adverts the change over is still a nightmare. The paperwork they send you doesn't even have a phone number you have to get that online. You use their web chat and it is useless and then they give you a phone number that is not available till Monday and costs a fortune if you are not with Sky. It just cost me to get through to get the message that they are shut.

They give a 03 number here to contact them if you want to rearrange , which is included in your inclusive minutes if you have any,or charged the same as 01/02 number.Perhaps they can help.

If you have a 0844 number for them replace 0844 with 0344 this also usually works.
Also Freephone Number 0800 151 2747 will connect you to Customer Services.0 -
I changed from O2 broadband and BT phone line (ie two separate providers) with no problems at all.0
