    contact your local council and report the none working boiler, as how has he obtained a gas cert
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    We don't know whether he has or hasn't got a gas cert.

    We don't know if the boiler is gas.

    A boiler that does not work can still be safe.

    The boiler may have been working 11 months ago when an inspection was done.
