Nationwide online switch

Hi,
Im busy switching to Nationwide. To qualify for the £100.
It is stipulated that once the account is open (as I have now done), the switch is setup online .... however, I have been trying to do this and keep getting the message that it cant be done yet, due to technical problems?
Has anyone else had this?

Well if there are technical problems, I think you have your answer! Try again tomorrow, or better, Monday, a working day. If it isn't working by midday Monday, pop into the branch and ask.0
