MCOL or County Court

I am wanting to start court procedings against Nationwide.
In view of the OFT announcement is it better to use MCOL or apply to the County Court?
Or is there no difference?
Thanks!

MCOl are no longer transferring cases to the local court if the bank enter a defence so you are better starting by filing at your local court.0

MCOL is online whereas your county court will let you fill in forms by hand (with a bit more space for the particulars of claim), and also, if you are exempt of charges, it is best to use the county court so you can show them the proof for not having to pay court costs. MCOL is really good for checking progress of your claim though and for hitting that judgement button at midnight sharp.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

My 28 days came up this weekend, but it never showed on MCOL till the last day even though it said they submitted a defence on the 17th of last month, 3 days after they had been issued. So what happens now? Am i stuck with this "stay" untill the outcome of the test case? i want to keep fighting this now!
