Waiting for planning

I've put in my planning aplication for a small conservatory, we're in a maisonette so I need it, the pre planning bloke has given it the all clear, so I can I do the foundations? My neighbour who loves to cause trouble will phone and tell them I have, so I want to be sure it's OK, but my dad's doing it and it's got to be done when he can fit it in.

You should wait. You won't get any money back on building work if it doesn't go your way. And it can change.
You say you are in a maisonette. Who is your freeholder? Do you have formal permission from them?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Its a peppercorn rent, its in the lease that I have permission to build.
What I'm worried about with starting the foundations is that it will cause problems with getting planning aproval.0 -
Starting the foundations won't prevent you from getting permission, it's just that permission isn't guaranteed until the form is produced.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
