Help needed with sun 9.50 holiday - who to contact

The park has sent the confirmation letter but are now charging more than stated and have an extra charge of 3.50 per session , per person for the swimming pool. This charge was never listed anywere, Is there anyone I can contact at sun to query this before I contact the park.
I wasnt going to do anything but really wanted to use the pool btu wount be paying those prices to do so.
