in Techie Stuff
I have a photograph which i want to edit. I have never done this before but im sure basic tweeks and the like cant be too difficult. I would like to be able to add a speech bubble onto the picture and then write words inside it. Can anyone recommend a free programme that i can download that will meet my needs.
