Good Morning fellow DFW Peeps and welcome old timers and newbies alike :hello:
Welcome to the Middle of the Week !!!!!
When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free.
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging the washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.
So, today I will:

*Ebay lot finishing today and will add some more items as it's 1/2 price listing day
*Do clicks, comps, surveys and searches as and when available

- update my sig - monthly payments will then have gone out.
- write up my finance practice.
- transfer pots of money from my savings account to my cheque account, so I can pay the deposit to the builder for my porch - which is going to become a mini-conservatory!!!! Such a bright spot right now.... building regs people popped out to see me FOC and are onside, but for the official stuff you have to pay, so I'm going to check with local estate agents whether thats the kind of thing people want when they're buying nowadays round here.
- I have already done my finance practice for today. I'd have made £150. Hi ho. When I start, I'm going to be *quids* in.

- written to 3 credit card companies to close my account
- done washing on the quick cycle to save lecci
- post a cheque for a couple of bills
I will
- resist temptation to spend un-necessarily in town later
- buy 2nd class stamps as I am sure they get there as quick as first and its for stuff that doesnt really matter anyway
- find out where I can spend my £10 beer voucher (find the nearest store to me)
- photograph some stuff for fee bay
- clean campervan out myself in preparation for leeds festival (instead of paying someone else to do it)0 -
