Hello Guys
Recently got a PCN from wing parking in a council estate in islington London.
Basically visiting at 6 in the morning and got a window notice.
I must appeal this.

search this forum and pepipoo for "wing" , as its a weird setup and appeal system , as well as reading the newbies post0

You need to very carefully read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky which will provide you with an understanding about what all this stuff is about.
You might also want to start a new thread on PePiPoo as they've dealt with a number of Wing cases over the past 12-18 months. Do a search over there to read some of those, but please start a new thread there, don't tag on to an old one.
Wing is a bit more complicated than run-of-the-mill, standard PPC rubbish, but unenforceable still and can be, with a bit of effort (guided by understanding), quite winnable.
