The prize comprises for two people:
• 8-day escorted Lake Como, St Moritz & the Bernina Express tour with Riviera Travel including:
o Return economy flights from a London airport of our choice to Milan, Italy
o 7 nights stay at 4* hotels in a double or twin room on a half-board basis

• Day 1: Fly from London airport of our choice to Milan airport where you'll be met & greeted by the Riviera Travel representative
• Day 2: Journey to Lake Como
o Enjoy a private boat ride including:
o Enjoy a tour of the beautiful, 18th century Villa del Balbianello that surrounds Lake Como
o Visit the exclusive resort of Bellagio often described as the most beautiful town in Italy
• Day 3: Travel to Tirano where you'll board the famous Bernina Express train including:
o Ascend upwards in an amazing sequence of spirals, loops and tunnels to the summit at Ospizio Bernina, the highest through station in Europe
o Take in the stunning vistas over snow-clad peaks & glacial lakes which strikingly mark the watershed between Mediterranean & Black Sea river systems
o Visit the chic resort of St Moritz
• Day 4: Visit the historic town of Bergamo including:
o Guided tour to explore the Piazza Vecchia where you'll finda wonderful collection of medieval & Renaissance buildings
• Day 5: Explore Lake Maggiore & the lakeside town of Stresa including:
o Take a stroll along the palm-lined promenade & enjoy views across the lake to the Borromean Islands just offshore
• Day 6: Travel by train to the beautiful town of Lugano including:
o Explore the delightful town on foot an ideal way to people-watch whilst enjoying a superb coffee
• Day 7: Day of leisure at Lake Como
• Day 8: One-way transfer back to Milan airport ready for your flight back to the UK

2) Winners must be residents of the UK

3) Winners under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18

4) Prize must be taken before 31st July 2016. The tour is subject to availability and is valid for departure up to October 2015 (inclusive) and April to July 2016 (inclusive).

5) The prize winner must redeem their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from IMS and at least twelve weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

6) Neither Channel 5 nor IMS will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, IMS will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

7) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

8) All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable & non-transferable. Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered.

9) Winners will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form & to submit copies of their passports in order to enable IMS to book their prize trip
10) Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise

11) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non transferable.

12) Winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit

13) Travel insurance will be supplied to the winner & their companion(s) before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions & the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner &/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition &/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner &/or their companion(s) are aged 75 or over
