Barclays closed account

A colleague has been contacted by Barclays who've said that as her Account holds less than £75k they are closing the account ( Has happened to others here in Cyprus).
As a result her mortgage payments ( for UK property ) is 2 weeks overdue, Barclays just keep saying that the project leader needs to look into it and will call her back , She has been able to do online shopping but nothing else , Any Ideas or Contact details other than the Indian Call centre ???

Lots of UK banks are now closing the accounts of non UK residents. Your colleague needs to open another account quickly. She should have had some notice of this, do Barclays hold her Cyprus address ?0
