    not even able to click into the boxes on chrome or IE

    It wont let me click on the spaces to put my name etc in let alone click submit! ( in chrome too).

    Wouldn't work in Chrome for me til i clicked on extreme left edge of each entry box , then it worked !

    Couldn't click on boxes but lastpass filled them in ok anyway
