npower have my money

Npower are evil incarnate. I've recently had a dispute with them which, after 3 months of me harassing them, they finally admitted was their fault. They're still dragging their heels letting my new supplier know it is all sorted of course.
My advice is to keep at it. Ring them every day if you can and ask to speak to Mark Howe who is head of customer services. Tell them you will take it to the Ombudsman and any other official channel you can until it is rectified.
And ask for everything they tell you to be sent in writing! This is so important! The amount of times they 'lost' information i told them or 'couldn't find reference to that data' was infuriating! I asked every time I rang them for a letter to be sent to me with all details discussed within it.Just Keep Swimming!0 -

Send an email to Kenneth.Radleydavies@rwenpower.com with your acc no telling them you give them 2 weeks and you'll take out a small claim online. Tell them no they can't send a defence marinating they paid it with a cheque dated after the defence witness statement date (as they have done in the past).
You'll have to sit down and work out how much npower owe, inc interest at 8%.
Note also standard license condition 27.17 says a final bill has to be produced in 42 days (6 weeks) so you need to email a complaint to both companies and tell Ofgem about it as its a regulatory issue.0
