Hi,
My ovens clock keeps resetting itself (every 14 hours or so) and makes a strange hissing noise. hitting the timer button suppresses the hissing noise?! Any ideas whats going on?
The actual oven/grill etc work fine.
Thanks

Probably a little snake living inside it, nibbling through the wiring

Hmm, hissing - it could be a loose contact inside ( the hissing sound could be arcing ), which might explain the resetting. When you press the timer button it might just be re-seating the contact temporarily.0
