Chattels

Just a quick one really - I am fairly certain I know the answer, but as I've found out before, one should never assume!
If a will reads "I leave all my chattels to my executors" and goes on to leave the property to Beneficiary A and the residual estate to Beneficiary B, am I right in assuming that the residual estate refers only to cash/investments and all the furniture/belongings in the house are left to the executors?
Thank you!
To clarify, by property, I mean the house only.

You are correct, so the executors inherit the house contents, and any other movable personal property such as cars or livestock, and the residual benificiary receives all cash and investments. The residual benificiary would also inherit any property that was held as part of the deceased business..0

I am quoting a will that was made up by a solicitor. It's not my will, I am the named executor....0
