Just joined Sky today on MSE deal-I'm a bit confused!

So today's the day I finally changed from BT (line rental) and Talk Talk (broadband) to Sky after months of dithering about changing!!!
I was one of the 'lucky' ones to get a code and so far so good.
The engineer came this morning and put the the new line in and set up the router and it's working fine.
However, after reading the MSE update today, will I end up paying more than first thought? Was this not a fixed rate for 12 months?
So far I have paid £25 to Sky however I'm a little concerned there is nothing written in the paperwork of the £100 bill credit.
I would be very grateful if anybody could clarify these details please.
Thankyou.

Bill credit takes a few days, your Dec bill will increase to 8.70 ongoing, as you pay 50% of the new £1 line rental increase on 1st Dec for your remaining minimum term.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
