kwikbreaks - don't you want to know any other information about them, like, for example, how much light comes out of them?! What's the point in having rubbish bulbs that last for ages?
I do have some cheapo ones that have lasted several years with 'alright' light, but out of 4 one was DOA and another failed within the year.0 -
I visited Poundland and saw the bulbs mentioned by steviebabes in post #7 so I got 3 to try out. Most of my current bulbs are CFLs so I won't be replacing those until they expire by which time I hope LED bulbs will be universally cheap.I have some lowish wattage halogens in a table lamp and a tungsten in a decorative lamp which gets warmer than I like and it's those I'll replace.0
