HP Stream 7 issues!

Hello Folks,

I bought this tablet few months ago and i have few issues that i need help upon;

1) At the time of setting it up, i used my hotmail email address and password. How could i change this to be just a password without my email one?

2) I cannot see back button when i am on a web page. How could i have this?

1) Go into PC settings and then accounts. Underneath your name, choose "switch to local account" then enter a username and password

2) You can swipe up from the bottom to bring up the address bar, which has a back button on. Alternatively, just swipe the webpage to the right to go back

At the moment, if i want to go on the internet, the address bar is at the bottom. Is there any way i can reset it to the top bar?
