Video upload taken so long?

HI
I have uploaded a 4 minute video from my phone to FB using the wifi at home and it took about 15 minutes
Now the same video that I saved to my desktop and then uploaded to FB (Not wifi) has taken just over 1 1/2 hours
Why has it taken so long?

Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.

I always have this problem so the way round it for me is to upload it to Youtube which doesn't take long and then 'share' it on FB which takes seconds.“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.”
