Where do I stand?

Hello all,

I hope this is the right section for this post.
Today I decided to purchase a product directly from the manufactuer, so I placed my order and then they requested payment, however after placing the order I realised they do not ship to the UK only mainland Europe. I've emailed the company in English as well as a translation in Polish asking for the order to be cancelled , I've enter zero details in regards to payment, the only details they have are my email, and address and mobile number. Can I just walk away and order from a supplier in which does deliver to the UK?

    If you haven't paid then that's the end of it, they will not send anything and you can consider the matter closed. At least you told them so don't worry about it.
