Household bills in Kent

Hello,
I know this is a bit of a long shot, but I am trying to get a rough idea of how much household bills would be per month, for a 2/3 bed house in kent. There will only be 2 of us living in the house, but we currently live in a tiny 1 bed flat in London, and in the process of buying a house in Tunbridge Wells, so I wanted to try and at least roughly gauge what the costs would be when we move!
If anyone could help that would be just wonderful.

You need to give rather more info to get meaningful advice: there is no real average figure.
Gas and electricity; how is the property heated and hot watered? If all electric, is it single rate metering or E7? If not E7, it'll be up to 300% more than gas CH and DHW.
Council Tax: you can look this up online since you'll know the CT band and LA from the property details.
Water: again, check the local supplier's website for cu m rates, assuming it'll be a metered supply. IF RV billing, then you can get the RV from the EA and calculate from that.
Phone/broadband: probably similar to what you pay already, depending on what LLU suppliers are on the new exchange. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I think the question is a little too broad for this energy board to answer in full.
But in regards electricity (and gas if you have it), consult a comparison site.
Just use default suppliers & tariffs to start with, as you are not interested in savings (or switching at this time) but the annual cost.
Most comparison sites have an option to help you when you do not know what the annual consumption (in kWh or £) is likely to be.
Or in broader terms, (ignoring any difference in the the cost of rent/mortgage) then I wouldn't expect the total costs to be too much different to what it costs you today. Water may be an different especially if one is metered and the other is not. The details of the property will usually state the Council Tax band the property is in, so you will know if it is in a different CT band.0
