New to all this,so please bare with me:)
Well after having been with Npower for six long years( not by choice) and having gone the last three years through nothing but trouble with them, I am finally and hopefully in a position to switch.
Long story short, I had a debt to repay. The Ombudsman got involved and after months of messing around, some debt was written off, the rest I payed back, leaving now an amount below £500. Anyway, I just got my first bill after 6 months and the amount does not add up, to what it should be. AGAIN!!!!!! So I phoned Npower and was told that some wise guy has deducted the amount to write off, twice aaaaaargh. I have taken snapshots of my debt on the pre-payment meter, which shows it is below £500. Now I want to change to Ovo, which I looked up and compared on the money saving expert site and I'm hoping they will accept me if I can prove the amount I owe. Enough is enough Npower, just let me go

It's under the user's profile.
You might not be able to see it if you are using the new all singing, all dancing, super-duper format inflicted upon us by the powers that be.
In which case, this post by one of the Board Guides will explain how to revert to the old, broken (allegedly), out of date format that most of us older members still use to get maximum enjoyment out of this site.
