Santander AIP

Just got an AIP from Santander with a broker quite high income multiples.

Is there any reason why we would not get a mortgage offer?

    Yes. If the AIP data is not matched by the documentation needed to back it up when the full application is submitted...

    ... or the valuation isn't good.

    For example, you took something into account when you shouldn't - income, or you didn't take something into account when you should - outgoing?

    My Broker put the full app in at 16.oo yesterday. Today they instructed our free valuation at 10.30. Seems quick...
