Nationwide online statement problem

ok so I have flex direct account.....

I received my statements online...

today I got an email saying my statement is ready...

so I logged in & downloaded my statement but it's in the old format and is not very easy to read....

I want it in this format http://www.replaceyourdocs.co.uk/images/fullscreen/nationwide.png

can they change it or not??

I looked online at the statement before the current one for my Flexaccount yesterday and you're right that it was in the old format. I noticed while logging on that there was a message about some parts of the system not working correctly, I wonder if statementing might be affected by whatever the problem is?

so are all your statements in the old format??? or is it just one?? Can i get them in the new format??

All my online statements are in the old format. I think it's only printed statements that are in the new format. Even where I've received a printed statement in the new format, the online copy of it is in the old format.

I don't like the old format
