Cashback or Rewards with Debit Card ??

Does anyone know of any Debit Cards that offer cashback or any other rewards, airmiles, or other reward ?

Halifax's Moneyback current account pays 1% cashback on the first £10,000 you spend on debit card purchases. More details here.

That is the only Debit card that offers rewards at the moment. I am suprised that other banks have not launched products like this. They are common place in the US.
