ESA Assesment & ID?

Hi everyone,
I have my ESA Assesment this week and need to take some proof of identity - I don't have a passport so need to take 3 different forms of ID instead. I was thinking my birth certificate, my ESA entitlement letter and my bank card or my p45 from my job? Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you take ?
Thanks X

Maybe take something that has your address on, such as a utility bill.0

I would have thought a birth certificate, your ESA letter and bank card was adequate to prove who you are. Perhaps also take something else with your address on such as a utility bill or bank statement.0

Thank you for the replies, I don't have any utility bills and I do online banking, I'm thinking of maybe ringing them and telling them what I have and making sure it's enough x0

I imagine the ID that you do have will be more than sufficient, I was only suggesting other forms of ID that would link you to your address if needed
I don't know if this LINK will give you any more info...?0 -

The asses, want is tomorrow morning, I'm dreading it!!
I'll be taking my birth certificate, benefit entitlement letter, P45 from my old job and my bank card, hoping that's enough evidence
On a side note, I saw the doctor today who doubled my meds but I haven't had time to pick up the prescription as it was a late app and the chemist was closed. My assessment tomorrow is early in the morning so unsure if I can pick it up before then. Just wondering if I take my current prescription and also my empty medication boxes will this be okay or do you guys think I should try and get the prescription before the app?! X0
