I wasnt told of a penalty...?
But If i took the cash back scheme id be tied in for 3.5years. With the one im on i can look elsewhere after - or so im told by countrywide.

besides..look back at history on all the cities that held the Olympics ..MAYBE be chance..only london will have house price decrease..during the Olympic games whilst the rest have increased!

London has already had its boom, pushing affordability to the max, did these other Olympic cities have avg wage to house price ratios of 7times plus before the "olympic effect"? Something to consider.....
