I use sky talk for my calls with evenings and free weekend call. Got email saying to upgrade and this tariff is no longer available and ill need to pay £4 a month as from 1st Nov. My line is with BT I have retained it because I use 18185 and now I want to revert to bt for my calls as the weekend calls are still free. Does anybody know whether I need to give notice to sky to transfer? Thanks

call Sky and see what they say"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Does the email say you have 30 days to cancel due to the price increase ??0

I joined sky back in October 2013 and the evening and weekend package was no longer available; just free weekend and anytime (for UK calls). However, existing customers were allowed to keep the package and a rare few were actually offered it.
I am on the £5 anytime package and on enquiring about the new choice of just evening and weekend(£4) or anytime including mobile calls(£8) (for UK calls) was told that, being an existing customer, I could continue with the £5 anytime without mobile calls deal.0 -
I just phoned sky to cancel sky talk and was offered £5 off my broadband and it appears I will be better off by £1. I have to re-subscribe to 12 months contract. It is an offer I could not refuse as I did think of going to bt with my broadband but could not be bothered with the hassle.0
