If you are embarassed about family and friends wondering why you have changed your phone number just tell them you were getting weird calls, its nice to know only the people you want to hear from - ok bar family ring and you never have to worry about anyone picking the phone up.

We got caller ID too as OH got a bit panicky about answering the phone at one stage. If we didn't recognise the number, it didn't get answered - also get unknown numbers barred too, that cuts down the number of unwanted calls even more! :rotfl:

I put barring on my phone so withheld numbers couldnt get through but MBNA still managed to phone me today unfortunatly, they phoned last sat as well .I stood firm and then told my dmp people who got onto them, we will see what happens now eh! good luck with your dmp and going it alone.
