Income Calculation: Help!

Hi
Due to mental ill health I needed to stop full till work in my high stress role since June 2014. I've managed to retain one part time role through this till now and added in some other work where I can.
I am presently going through the process of a PIP application (which is months old already).
I am trying work out my eligibility for Tax Credits, and like a lot of people am getting very confused by this. Sadly part of my ill means I get very confused with paperwork and the like and I am struggling to work out how I can know what my income was from "6th April 2014 to 5th April 2015".
I have only done jobs where I had PAYE taken from the wage and have no other source of income. Of course if I just had all the payslips I could total leave but I am not confident I have them all.
Is there any other way I can check this? Like with a Tax Office say?
Kind Regards
Jason Budd
