Refund for SIM under DSR- No reply from ccompany

Hi

I bought a FreedomPop SIM. Then I realised I could not use the SIM in a non-smartphone. I have phoned and emailed for a refund, but no reply.

I paid by Visa Debit. How do I get my money back please?

Have you used the SIM at all?

Who have you phoned and emailed? The seller I hope.
  • Thanks for your reply.

I emailed FreedomPop the seller. Finally they got back to me and gave me a number to call. I phoned the number told them the scenario and they gave me a full refund.

    Success!!!
