Experian report missing lots

Hi, ive got my experian credit report and mine is all showing ok apart from me missing on the electoral roll. they are blaming the council for formatting the address wrong and saying we have to get the council to change it, cant see that happening.
My wife's report is missing all her account that were opened before we were married, also same issues with electoral roll. we've had to send them a copy of marriage certificate to get this updated, but still blaming the council for the electoral roll.
equifax and call credit seem to pick this all up fine. has anyone else had these problems before?
Thanks

  • It's possible that when your Wife registered with Experian she didn't record her address history correctly, this can cause data to not show.

If she calls Experian they can rectify the issue over night.

Experian seem to have a problem with electoral roll this year, a few people have mentioned this on this board, my ER didn't show either even though it's a simple address, if it shows ok with the other 2 CRA's it's an Experian issue.
