PPI From an old paid up loan, but now in DM

Hi,

I have made a PPI claim for an old loan with Santander. Since having this loan, I went on to have another again with Santander/Abbey.

I am now in a Debt Management Plan and the last loan with Santander is in the pot so to speak.

As my old loan was settled etc, should I receive a refund, will it be repaid off my latest loan with Santander or repaid to me?

Thanks in advance.

If you have defaulted on a loan, any redress will go to the loan first. If it's the same product, i.e. both loans, they can use the redress agasint them.
