    just phoned them (previously webchat).
    A/c was closed with Coop 8/15. They seem to 'think' (swithch team now gone home !) that it will be OK for incentive
    "Phone back tomorrow"

    will advise.

    yep its great, I applied through quidco so still tracking £15 cashback! should be okay, over the phone she asked if it was my main acc., i said yes, switching is planned at end of the month, will let you know if incentive definitely drops in new account. x2 ddi set for donor account, and £800 should go in once opened.

    Gone home at quarter to 5?! probably, but I was still able to sort switch dates at about 8pm over the phone..so funny that

    spoke to Switch team. They are certain that as I had an a/c (Coop) AFTER 10/14 (opened approx 5/15 and closed 8/15), then I would NOT qualify for the £125with Smile

    I also got my quidco cashback this week of £15.
