Can anyone advise. Husband has been tied into contract for two years. Comes to an end this week requested pac number to join Virgin was told by very aggressive person have to give one months notice.

Contract finishes then moves to a rolling 30 day contract .
So the provider requires a 30 day notice period .0 -
Contract NEVER finishes until you give notice. Once the minimum term has been completed, you are required to give 30 days notice. If porting your number, hang on to your PAC at least for 26 days, THEN if Virgin move you quickly, you've only to pay for a few days as the service ends.0
