How to Remove BT Email Address ?

I run my laptop on Windows 8.1 and use Outlook.com for personal email and Yahoo for other stuff.
Originally I had a BT internet account and this email address still picks up and duplicates most of my emails.
How can I get rid of it please ? ( Sorry but I don't understand techie abbreviations )

Then untick the box that says the account should send/receive email0
