My friend has just had confirmation that her Travel Company have changed their hotel.
The hotel has really bad reviews.
I think she has the right to cancel and get a refund, am I wrong.
Does she have a right to any other choices.

You say the replacement hotel has bad reviews. Have you looked at the reviews for the booked hotel? You may well find that has bad reviews too.0
