Don't go through an online company. You are better off dealing with the divorce yourself, if you feel comfortable dealing wit hthe forms, and seeing a proper solicitor if you have any issues.
If you want to go down the adultery route, ask your husband to proovide written confirmation *before* you fill in the forms - you don;t need a lot of detail and his admission is sufficient evidence.
Wording would be something like
"I [his full name] confirm that I committted adultery with a woman whom I prefer not to name on or about [date] and that the relationship is / is not continuing. I undersstnad that this statement will be used as evidence of my adultery within divorce proceedings"
Then in the petition all you need to say is "on or about [date] I discovered that the Respondent had committed adultery with a woman who I do not inted to name. I find it intolerable to live with the respondent"
In the acknowlegment of service form that he will be sent he will be asked to confrim whether he admits the adultery. If he ansers that question to say yes, that it all the evidence you need. If he doesn't answer, or doesn't return the form, then the signed admission statement can be used instead.
As am alternative you could issue based on unreasonable behaviour in which case you can include as behaviour thae face that he has "formed an improper relationship with another woman"
It would be sensible to have a formal order confirming that there is a clean finanancial break between you - a solicitor should be able to draw this up for you (without you needing to use the solicitor for the divorce, if you don't want to)

I got one for £200 from my local sheriff court. I don't remember having to put down any grounds. They sent the info off to her, but she refused to sign them, but after so long the divorce went through regardless of her consent. We had no kids, no joint assets or finances.0

I did my own divorce downloading the papers. I then paid a solicitor for a consent order with regards to the house and the children - I though this was iron clad but it appears not. Ex has stopped paying for DD2 and I can't enforce the court order as they are non enforceable with regards to child supprot - CSA called yesterday....0
