Still Getting Charges

Hello everyone,
I read a few weeks ago about the whole bank charge issue going through the courts, and just thought I'd hang back and wait until something happened. However I am in a bit of bother and was wondering if anyone could give me some advise on what I can do...
I was in the process of claiming my charges, I had sent my "Taking to court" letter back in July. I never got a reply. Nationwide shortly after sending my letter, changed my account to another type without notifying me until I believe 2 weeks later. My phone bill was due to come out and I hadn't known it had failed as I was now using my "parachute account". I only found out after I got a statement with a nice £50 bank charge on. I changed my bank details with o2 (phone) but for some reason, today they tried taking it from my Nationwide account, which I am sure they will issue another charge.
I called them about it but they insist I have to write to them about reclaiming charges, I Told the lady I still haven't recieved a reply from months ago!!! She also told me another £82 will be coming out due to my account being overdrawn, I haven't been able to afford to pay it off as I was relying on claiming back my charges in order to pay it off.
Can anyone advise me on if there's anything I can do about this as it's Nationwides fault that I incurred the first charge!
Also, what are the chances of me succeeding in taking the bank to court to reclaim my charges? Is there any other way not including court action?
Thankyou for taking the time to read my long post, I would be very greatful for any help.

i think you are gonna have to pay all these,or you will incur yet more charges for being further and further overdrawn, but i do think you have grounds to reclaim them all. i don't think you will have to wait til after the case as this is not a cost of charge issue , i think you need to write to phone company to reclaim the second one, if they were notified. don't know about £82 were you overdrawn before they switched your account?0

Oh ok. Guess I will have to try and pay it off. Yes I was overdrawn before they switched my account. I don't understand how they can charge me that much for being overdrawn!!0

sorry ,i can't be anymore help then that, obviously i don't know the details or what your bank charges per transaction or whatever, maybe it might be worth calling them they might be willing to reverse the ones that are their fault without you having to shell out, only to claim them back, which means you are left with the phone one to claim back from company. but, you will have to pay it first, as i said the ones that are your fault you need to clear up, and bring your account up to date0
