TalkTalk Appalling Service - No TV for 3 months

Hi

I am receiving appalling service from TalkTalk and they seem to be breaking a number of consumer and contract laws in the process. There customer service telephone teams are obviously contracted out to generic providers (try ringing the number that comes up on caller id...your telephone provider has tried to contact you) and seem to be unable to resolve anything beyond the computer says no.

It is very sad that what seems to be an excellent product offering is not backed up by a support process that in anyway works for customer issues and errors. The reputation of this company must be hitting sales.

If you don't have to contact customer services about an issue or error you will be very happy with this company.

    Ordered Broadband with them in 2012 in Docklands, London, told me the install date was 5 months in the future.

    Thought it was a joke, but it wasn't, suffice to say I went somewhere else.
