I have just sent them this email. I think it's reasonable but not sure how legally-binding it is! I will let you know if anything occurs.
"Sirs
You made an unsolicited, recorded call to my TPS-registered home telephone number on 5th October 2015.
This has been reported to The Information Commissioner's office.
Any further calls by you to my telephone number will be charged at a rate of £100 per hour, or part thereof, to cover the time involved in dealing with the call, together with compensation for the distress and inconvenience.
You do not need to know my telephone number because, as it is TPS-registered, you should not be calling it - or any other TPS-registered number - in the first place. I advise you to take more notice of the TPS regulations."0 -
I can't imagine they will care one jot about that. Complaints via the ICO, TPS and MoJ/ClaimsRegulator are probably going to be more effective in the long run.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

F & P inform me through their marketing director on the phone minutes ago that they get their data from clarityleeds.com, and only use data where permission has been given for marketing calls - definitely not the case here! I am bothering F & P on a regular basis until I get them to admit they are simply cold calling - and have started doing the same to clarityleeds.
F & P initially gave me over the phone their info@ ... email address and assured me my query about their cold calling would be answered. The marketing manager repeated this assurance today saying I would have been answered within 48 hours. My unanswered email was sent 6 days ago. They are clearly unreliable and unbusinesslike.0 -
I reported them to the Information Commissioner; also tried contacting them via the website, which doesn't work, and emailing from Outlook, message wouldn't go, so tried from my mail provider's web page, error message:
"Message not sent; one or more addresses were not accepted.
Rejected addresses: 'info@falconandpointer.com'"
I had copied the message to my MP Ed Vaizey who happens to be Minister for Telecommunications, and has been helpful in the past. Since it wouldn't go, I shall forward a copy.
The automated message contains a clear threat that the calls will continue unless I respond, which amounts to extortion.0 -

Why not just ignore them ? I get calls from them, i have caller display i don't answer anyone whose number i dont recognise. If they continue, i answer and then put the phone down and carry on whatever i'm doing. I really can't be arsed wasting time reporting them. They'll go away eventually.0

All I know is that my mother ( 87 years old) was called and duped into giving bank details. (I know we warned her) They took £238;00 approx: before she had time to notify her bank (about 3 hours ) and now we cannot contact them and they don;t reply to e-mails. They said she could claim somewhere in the region of £2,000 from TSB. I told Falcon and Pointer that they could not claim something which never happened, and they would send out a pack of forms to fill in. This never happened and it seems as we cannot get through to them Mother has lost(had stolen) £238.00 approx: taken from her.
Any one got any ideas on how to reclaim this.0 -
If it is more than 8 weeks since you complained about the matter to the scumbags, complain to the Legal Ombudsman. All I know is that my mother ( 87 years old) was called and duped into giving bank details. Hello jill079,
I am sorry to hear about the problems your mother is having.
The Legal Ombudsman is the ombudsman scheme with the responsibility for deciding service complaints about claims management companies (CMC). Having read your post, we feel we may be able to help.
If your mother has changed her mind about using the CMC, she has 14 days from signing the agreement to cancel the agreement and receive a refund of any payments made. She is also able to cancel after the 14 days has passed, however in this situation she may have to pay for any work undertaken by the company.
We would advise that if she no longer wants to use the services of this CMC then she should write to them requesting cancellation of her contract, she can do this by sending a letter by post, fax or email.
You can find out more information about how to make a complaint to the CMC on our website at http://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/cmc/.
Alternatively, we can pass on details of her complaint to the CMC and they will then respond to your mother directly. If you would like us to do this, please do not hesitate to call us on 0300 555 0333. If you would like to do this on her behalf, it would be helpful if your mother was present to confirm authority for you to act on her behalf.“Official Company Representative
