Has any body heard of or dealt this company and can any one offer any kind of information regarding County Court Judgements off them? Or any info about who they are, are they a government agency or are they just an independent limited company?

You might do better to post on the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking sub-board.

Hi
As this MSE guide suggests, private parking tickets are often unenforceable if challenged.

You could take some legal advice as you may have grounds to set aside the CCJ if you’ve only just found out about it.

@natdebtline
Thanks for the reply. I have already set applied to have the CCJ concerned set aside sue to my personal circumstances at the time. But I have not have a hearing yet so can you give me any information about why they are unenforceable please?0 -
If you look at Debtline's post above you will see a link t the guide. You also need to move your posts over to the Parking forum as Johno100 suggests - assuming you want to dispute the ticket itself.0
