I don't see anything confusing in that. What exactly doesn't he understand?

Edit: Sorry, perhaps you mean the "Wednesday 3.50" bit. I admit I am not clear what that means myself. It could be the time around which they have reserved him a slot?

-when he goes to sign the declaration tomorrow, what time does he go ? because it doesnt give a specific time. it just says 22nd august.

-it says he has to go and sign on on the 5th sept, then after that he goes on wednesday on the 2nd week. so after 5th sept what date would he have to sign on ?

If they haven't stated a time for tomorrow, then he should go as soon as he can manage it. I'm sure they won't turn him away for being too early.

    Next appt. 19th Sept, presumably.

  • He should go as early as possible tomorrow and while he is there he can ask them to explain the bits he doesn't understand. He could write down their answers if necessary. This is what my son did sometimes when he was unemployed as he couldn't always understand the letters as he has mild Aspergers Syndrome.

    Good luck!

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton
