LLoyds Relooking at PPI Claim - Help

Some time ago Lloyds contact my husband regarding his previous PPI claim that was paid out. They were reviewing the claim and feel it might have be higher than originally paid. After checking into this claim and verifying it was LLoyds we rang back and went thro the very lengthy call answering their questions. They said we would hear within 3-4 weeks of outcome. We would be sent a letter detailing their findings and saying whether more would be paid out or not. We have waited and heard nothing. I now cant find the contact number of Lloyds for the department that rang us. Does anyone else have experience of this and hopefully the telephone details of who we need to chase.

There have been many posts on this over the last few weeks. The outcomes vary from no change to an increase in the amount paid.

We have just found the number and rang them and been told a letter was sent to us on 28th Sept offering us £1700. As soon as we receive it we need to sign return it and funds will be paid.
