New business seller scoring - any easy way of adding tracking?

Ok I'm good at selling but rubbish at all the quick ways to post, track and apps and things that you can do.
I've just received an email saying that my score , from February, will be a big part determined by my tracking. It will be determined by buyer saying it was received in time ( which half won't as most don't leave feedback) , me adding tracking to each item - I have tonnes and it's going to really increase my workload massively doing individually and slow up my despatch time due to this . I also love my little post office and feel good about putting about £800 a month their way each month and don't want to go all automated as it will end up closing post offices if we all do that.
So any ideas or any apps that can help with tracking . Also any apps that print labels of all your sales like myhermes can do?
Also loving how ebay are making it 30 days returns now! Ebay - where sellers keep them in business but they think about them last. So they can now buy my summer dress in September , and return it in October when I can't sell it as it's cold , thanks ebay!

Tracking is only if you are looking at the auto 5* for dispatch time and even then you need to ship within 1 working day and more importantly your item needs to show as delivered within 3 working days. I've read and considered the announcement and have decided to carry on as usual with my next day 2 nd class dispatch and hope that only. Few people who bother to leave feedback Mark me down.

The law hasn't changed regarding change of mind returns. The new legislation governs faulty items which previously had a non existent timescale for refund.0 -

Yeah that says faulty goods. I'm talking about changed mind or wore it for a bit and decided they don't want it now

I didn't know Ebay had changed that. There are some interesting new parts of the law that would make it difficult to differentiate. As it stands it only takes a white lie from a buyer and they'll have the 30 day exchange anyway. Sounds like Ebay are making it easy to save themselves more hassle.Yeah that says faulty goods.
