It depends on the fund. A fund like that should offer you the diversity you need - good luck.Independent Financial Adviser.0

Funds are like girlfriends. If you find one that does everything then great..... sometimes you might find a really good one but you still may need another couple that do things your main one doesn't.
Often, although you may have a really good one that does everything, sometimes it's fun just to have a play with others from time to time.
Thing is, when you that, it might it spoil it with the really good fund you had already.
Some of us are more disciplined at sticking with one fund, some of us just can't help ourselvesLeft is never right but I always am.0 -
One would hope blokes pick their funds with their heads, rather than the body part that generally guides their selection of girlfriends.0

One Vanguard Lifestrategy fund would be enough for me, as it is a fund of funds.
Not all funds are suitable to be a sole fund.0 -
That's a smart choice.I have decided to drip feed around 300 £/ month in Vanguard lifestyle 60 funds
Although it is just one fund - it is a blend of many of the Vanguard stand-alone funds, both equity and bonds so in reality it is a fund of funds.
Keep it simple!0 -
If its a multi-asset fund then one is enough. If its a single sector fund then one is not enough.

If vanguard did girlfriends she would be top heavy and missing a limb.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
