    OK, so I've opened the email, right clicked on broadband download but dont have the "save target as" option :confused:

    I just pop in now and then.... :)

    No, no menu!!!!!!

    I just click on the download bit on the email, if I right click doesnt give me "save target as" if I left click just takes me straight to Windows Media Player and plays the same 27 seconds..................


    Me confused!!!

    streaming has never worked for me and I've tried just about every combination of settings and media player

    I have to use the download version icon9.gif

    No, I use IE and email is received into MS Outlook.

    Wonder if it would make any difference if you used the link from the site instead of from the email?? That's what I've been doing. (Getting desperate now!!!icon8.gif)
